This lineup of mass flow meters by Coriolis are fitted with two parallel tubes that vibrate at their maximum frequency. In the event a measurement flow penetrates the measuring tube, the forces by Coriolis are the result. The maximum frequency of the tubes differs depending on the density of the material to be measured. This effect is utilized to calculate the density of the material. A temperature calculation is also performed owing to the dependability of the elastic properties on the temperature.

The KCm unit is perfectly suited for any type of liquid especially for calculating the flow of chemicals, paints, fuels and fake resin components as well as contaminated as well as aggressive contaminated media. The technical specification include 4.5 – 60,000 kg/h measuring range, 500 – 2,500 kg/m³ density, ± 0.2% of actual value ± [zero point stability] measuring accuracy, 350 bar maximum pressure and -40°C up to +125°C process temperature.
