float level switch / for liquids / side-mount

The VH6 level switch offers dependable monitoring of fluid levels and can be used for applications such as spill and run dry protection as well as leakage monitoring. The G3/4 or G1/2 thread sizes are used in installing the switches at the side. This device uses the time-tested float principle as well as a potential-free contact as the signalling transmitter which enhances safety of operation.

The float is forced to rise by the rising level in the tank. The magnet alters its position through a paddle system which also actuates it. The float follows as the the level falls making the magnet actuates the reed contact again.
