The AP1116V flowmeter uses Faraday's law on electromagnetic induction to measure the speed of electrically conducting liquids and ultrasound to measure the level. The unit consists of 3 parts which are installed separately. These parts include an electromagnetic speed meter which flows the liquid being measured, 1 ultrasonic meter which measures the level of the liquid, and 1 converter which amplifies and transforms the electrical signals coming from two meters.
The unit is made of stainless steel material with polyethylene coating. The unit also has a liquid temperature that ranges from 0°C to 60°C, and a setting temperature which has a range between -10°C to 70°C. Its nominal diameter is measured at DN50.
