The Pinch Valves with Flange Connection engineered by AKO features air operated pinch valves of the VA series are accessible in the nominal measurements of DN 100 to DN 150. The nominal measurements is DN 200 and DN 250 are only available upon request. This guarantees that the device has a wide and practically intents and purpose for unlimited field of application. It has 12 distinctive elastomer grades for the sleeve like common natural rubber, food quality rubber, etc. The body and both spines of the valves are made up of stainless steel AISI 1.4404. The body and flanges are electro-cleaned as per standard.

The VA series air operated pinch valve is shut by a differential weight of 2 to 3 bar being bolstered through the medium/working weight and it depends on the elastomer grade. When the weight supply is interfered with and the pinch valve body bled, the pinch valve sleeve opens again totally due to its tremendous bounce back strength.
