The PCFCD-1N1 is a diaphragm pressure compensated flow control unit designed to provide a constant flow rate with adjustable qualities. The consumer can regulate the variations in the upstream and downstream pressure. The unit is equally useful for liquids and gases, but it is specifically designed to control the liquids. It has a low friction diaphragm mechanism to control the pressure according to your needs. The maximum inlet pressure rating is 500 psi.
You can adjust 10 psi degree of difference that is adjustable according to the factory preset mode. The orifice with a typical needle is 0” to 0.032”. You can control the flow according to the suitability of the operation. The air flow rate is 0 to 4.2 gallons per hour (0 to 19 liters per hour) of water 0-20 ft3/hr (0-0.56 cubic meters per hour) at the highest needle resolution.
