The FQPS Series has port mounted flow controls that minimizes the exhaust air flow rate which is suitable for manipulating the extension speed and retraction of any actuator. It is best to use the meter-out type of flow controls for double acting applications since the exhaust air is controlled when it leaves the cylinder.

The product has two adjustment types which are by using recessed needle and knurled adjustment knob. The miniature flow controls metered flow in one direction and free flow in other direction. The male threads are coated with dry sealant and its body is made from thermoplastic polymer.
