IPS Sub-miniature Pneumatic Diaphragm Valves, offered as 2-Way NC, 2-Way NO, and 3-Way (with four internal body orientations), perform under extreme conditions. These valves are suitable for a wide range of ultra clean to highly corrosive media applications. The all wetted 100% virgin PTFE design is ideally suited for semiconductor, pharmaceutical, bio-medical and chemical process applications.
Valve seat options include: EPDM, Viton, Alfas, and Kalrez O-Ring Seals.
