needle valve / flow-control / shut-off / for gas

This leak-free, compact needle valve is made up with aluminium housing with a non-rotating stainless steel valve pin, equipped with an accurate ground flat that provides the user exact control of this needle valve. It also has a spring loaded, non-rising adjustment stem integrated within its 56-pitch thread to ensure smooth, non-reversing flow characteristics, as well as a 15-turn resolution.

The Valve pin o-ring ensures a positive shut-off without destroying the stem and to ensure long-life it is made with a self-lubricating orifice liner. A valve knob is used to be able to adjust it easily and at the bottom of the housing it has two M4 female threads for solid fixation.

This is best used for gases and liquids.
