The JEL® Thread milling cutter XS are manufactured for steel applications incurring a maximum 900 N/mm2 tensile strength.

It can also be used for 1.5xD and 2xD thread distances, for varying diameter capacities of 4 to 20 mm, and machining the thread and 90° chamfer. This milling cutter is designed with a TiCN coating and an interior coolant amount from 8 mm shank diameter.
