turning power chuck / clamp / 3-jaw / through-hole

The design of the ROTA NCD wedge bar power chuck by SCHUNK is based on the exclusive concept of superior precision clamping of the most compact work piece diameters along with SCHUNK's collet jaws. Simultaneously, it is also possible to clamp large work objects with all traditional top jaws. The constant T-Slot in the bottom jaws enables class leading flexibility for positioning the upper jaws. This lineup is available in 3-jaw chuck / sizes 130 - 500 mm versions and 2-jaw chuck / sizes 130 - 315 mm.

The base jaws with fine indentation measure 1.5 mm x 60° and 1/16" x 90° and the top jaws 1/16" x 90° bzw. 3/32" x 90°, 1.5 mm x 60° or 3 mm x 60° and SCHUNK-claw jaws. These jaws are of type STD.
