The Walter Prototyp Paradur® and Prototex® Synchrospeed HSS-E taps are specifically engineered for providing a synchronized tapping in any variety of materials. These taps have a rigid structure composed of steel making it capable in drilling through stainless steel, spheroidal graphite, malleable cast iron, long-chipping copper, aluminium alloys and the likes. These taps facilitate a great face clearance and reduce temperature on the cutting edge increasing tool life span. Furthermore, combined use of the Synchrospeed tap and the Protoflex® C synchronous tapping offer better operation life, reliability and productivity in every operation.
