The HB series is suitable for use in the measurement of penetration. It is utilized for internal comparison measurement. The unit features a max mode, which is efficient for holding the maximum value in the display. Also, the device utilizes a point mode, that indicates one instant value.

The product range is integrated with three shores. The shore A is designed for rubber, elastomers, neoprene, silicone, and vinyl. Shore B is structured for plastics, formica, and epoxides. Lastly, the shore A0, which is used for foam and sponge.
