The optoCONTROL 1200 is a laser micrometer engineered by Micro-Epsilon. It is suitable for use in highly dynamic applications, with its measuring rate of 100 kHz.

The unit is constructed in a compact design, offering various mounting options. It measures within the range of 2mm to 30. The micrometer features a maximum linearity of 0.04mm, and resolution of 10 µm. It has a limiting switch function with a maximum switching frequency of 25 kHz.

The device is a low-cost model, and operates without using a controller.
