The LIM from Maplan is an injection moulding machine specifically used for processing liquid silicone rubbers. Its compact, rigid design is capable of offering high quality products as it produces with inject volumes of up to 400 cm3 by using MAPLAN's high precision injection unit with FIFO principle.

Its layout also minimizes servicing as well as downtime as it can be disassembles easily, and quickly for maintenance. It is integrated with MAPLAN's cool drive system which makes the unit energy efficient, and also with the microprocessor-control PC5000touch which is a user-friendly interface.
