The FiFo from MAPLAN is a rubber injection machine specifically used for producing rubber moulds and silicone parts. Its compact, space-saving vertical design utilizes the Cool Drive II which is an energy efficient servo-hydraulic drive system and a powerful clamp piston which acts a plate support which eliminates the deflection of the fixed plate injection side. It is also integrated with MAPLAN's FIFO rubber injection unit which applies injection pressure directly into the mould with dosing volumes ranging from 130 to 8600 cm3.
