The MTF/MBF are MAPLAN's vertical machine series that offers a wide range of highly efficient and durable machines equipped with PC50touch for an intuitive operational interface, incorporated with an electronic measuring system, using thermal fluid as a cooling device, and a cooled nozzle, encased in a compact, tie-bar-less C-frame housing.

Its construction allows access from three sides and clamping operation above and below the workpieces. It is ideally used in corner-vulcanization of the corner joints of rubber profiles, tubes and injection molding processes. The base bed is made according to the latest FEM calculations optimizing the machine's rigidity with reduced bending.
