CNC machining center / 5-axis / vertical / for aluminum

Breton presents FLYMILL series of machining centres with 5 axes. The range includes four models - FLYMILL 1000, 1300, 1600 and 2000.

The key differentiator among the models is the vertical and horizontal travel of 2,500mm, 4,000mm and 3,500mm. Longitudinal travel ranges between 2,000mm and 8,000mm and above. Their table has large dimensions. The machines have a rigid structure. Thanks to these features and the operational travel distances, the machining centres can run in a single area or in a shuttle configuration. They have a linear axis speed of 40m/min, which is reachable up to 60m/min.

The FLYMILL machines include twist heads. The C axis provides continuous rotation, and the A axis rotates between -105° to +120°. They offer up to 100 RPM of rotational speed, and electrospindle of 40kW. Due to these features, the machine is an choice for high-speed machining of complicated workpieces as it simultaneously runs along the 3 dimensions. It features simple and easy-to-use machine operation and programming.
