CNC machining center / 4-axis / vertical / for aluminum

Machining centre CNC with 4 controlled axes with X-axis stroke of 3000 mm. It is used for machining bars or workpieces in alumini um, PVC and light alloys in general. The 4th CN axis allows the electrospindle to rotate continuously from 0° to 180° to machine the profile edge. The 4 kW electrospindle in S1 can reach 20,000 rpm. It has a 9-place manual tool storage and a 4-place automatic stora ge installed on top of the cabin. The machine can also be equipped with an additional 4-place automatic storage (optional) on the other side of the cabin. The profile is positioned by a pneumatic stop on the left side. It is blocked by 4 sturdy clamps which are positioned automatically with axis X. The installation of a second pneumatic stop (optio nal) on the right side allows oversize machining of bars whose lengt h is double compared to the work field. It also has a mobile work table that facilitates the workpiece loading/unloading operation and significantly increases the workable section.
