The Doppia Quadra from EMMEGI is ideal for applications in need of cutting, drilling, milling and even screwing with its multi-function two-station feature.

Made with an automatic magazine, the first station operates on a thrust feed system that can take up to 7400mm with its clamping gripper drive. The moving gripper allows the feeder to return to its original position to conveniently load the following profile simultaneously.

The cutting and milling equipment can be found at the center of the machining unit. The unit is engineered with 4 electrospindles and a milling module made up of 3-axis CNC in any desired adjustment.
