LT-400 high precision hard turning machine has been developed to suit specific applications such as bearings, ballscrew nuts, dies & moulds, clamping components and non-round workpieces.

TECHNICAL MACHINE DESCRIPTIONS

The steel base of the lathe bears the bed made from natural granite. It provides high thermal and dynamic stability.
A damping system is mounted between the bed and structure to secure a greater precision during machining operations.
The rotary axes are driven by built-in, maintenance-free motors for rapid and precise movements providing excellent output and quality.
The LT turning machine range uses hydrostatic technology for the head and the X and Z-axes.
