The new CTX beta 2000 TC offers a convenient access in turn and mill complete machining parts up to 2 m turning length. The machine assures to cater to work pieces up to Ø550 x 2,050 mm, the highest Y-stroke with 300 mm in its class. Also, it offers the use of steady rests for work pieces up to Ø350 mm. It boasts of features such as the DMG ERGOline® Control with 19" screen which offers more information on one view. It increase up to 30% the productivity because of DIN / ISO-surface that combines with ShopTurn-cycles and DIN-features. Other features include flexibility between DIN and shop floor orientated programming, a full ShopMill-functionality, and 3D-work piece simulation Parallel to production.
