The VLC 200 H gear hobbing machine consists of space-saving positions, short conveyance distances and high power that makes it ideal for producing precision gears.

The VLC 200 H straight gear hobbing machine is a structure for wheel-shaped operation with a diameter of 200 mm and module 4.

This smart system has high efficiency owing to its standard EMAG structure that enables gear cutting on wheel-shaped jobs. Additionally, the in-built mechanical system uses a pick-up pivot guarantees short idle times with decreased cost–per-piece.

It is suited for amalgamation of production systems along with a controlled part flow ideal as well as a rotating automation system.
