The ALFA 500 is an automated line engineered by Geka. It is suitable for use to punch, mark, and shear flat bars.

The unit can be utilized in flat bars with a maximum length of 12 m. The bars are positioned and secured through an automated carriage unit using pneumatic rollers. The line features a triple-head punching mechanism for a maximum diameter of 40 mm. It can also be used for over-sized material with a maximum width of 500 mm, and thickness of 20 mm due to the shearing station.
