3-axis CNC milling machine / vertical / for plastics

The KBF 900 CNC by Knuth Machine Tools is a 3-axis CNC vertical milling machine which is designed for manually controlled quill feed. The machine comes with a cast iron that has guide ways that is coated with plastic. It also comes with a monitor having an electronic control and manually shifted gears. With this tool, it guarantees a superior torque and wide speed range. The automatic quill feed has a 3 gear steps that can be shifted manually through an electromagnetic clutch. A hand lever is included for manual control of the unit. For angular bores, it is provided with a cutter head swivels 45° on both sides.
