The lathe is the newly developed CNC vertical lathe with
double columns, tool magazines and spindles, and is the key
machining lathe for automatic production line of aluminum
hub; it is featured with high rigidity, high precision, high
efficiency and easy operation, and is capable of machining
various short-shaft and disc parts, turning all sorts of
threads, arcs, internal and external curved surfaces and end
surfaces of revolution body, and machining grooves; it forms
the automatic production line of aluminum hub together with
automatic feeding manipulator and vertical machining center,
which breaks through the technological monopoly of foreign
country and fill in gaps of the field at home.
