Multifunctional lathe centre Tos Turn is production machine for fully automatic (semi-automatic) machining of shaft and flange components in optimal machining time with very high accuracy. Machine TT 75 features possibility to use most modern tools in the area of turning, milling and other technological operations built upon high support of CNC system yet from the workpiece clamping into the machine. Complex design nods are solved by most modern calculating methods simulating most realistically the machining environment. Robust bed ensures high rigidity of the machine needed for both exact and power machining in two spindles and independent rests.

All slide rests are fitted with longitudinal and traverse feed, main slide rest is located over the workpiece, other auxiliary rests may be located bellow and over the workpiece. The design and optimising of modular concept of the machines is based on long-term experience of our company with manufacturing of working machines. The design of machine corresponds to actual state of technique; the machine realisation complies with the conditions of CE declaration.
