The multi-layer sheet extrusion process is used to manufacture polypropylene rigid sheet board, using air bubble technology as the core layer.

The company drew on its experience in multi-layer air bubble extrusion lines when developing the technology.

The fully automatic coextrusion cast line includes laminating station, corona treater and printer. The PP rigid sheet is extruded into a variety of thicknesses and weights, for a range of applications.
