The Battenfeld-Cincinnati conEx is a conical twin screw extruder which is suitable for pipe and profiles application. It is made through the integration of features of the various models before it. It comes with a tailored anti-wear protection which is created out of a molybdenum & chrome, tungsten carbide unified with nirtrided surfaces. It is equipped with an Intracool® screw tempering system and an insulated barrel inlet piece. These features guarantee a maintenance free operation.

The entire conEx range encompasses conEX 38, 50, 63 and 72 incorporating the “space saver“ co-extruder models.
