Developed and engineered by Coperion, the ZSK Mc18 twin screw extruder system is capable of a torque rate of 18 Nm/cm³. When compared to the previous ZSK MEGAcompounder PLUS model, this range offers 30 % larger throughput and torque outputs for more efficient operation.

Other features in the system include enhanced extruder cost and power efficiency, as well as improved versatility. The processing system is suitable for use in a broad variety of applications.
