The new mini-compounder KEDSE 12/36 Brabender® comes with a twin screw extruder on a miniature scale making it suitable for the plastics and pharmaceutical industry. The scaled-down machine comes with complete adaptability to almost every processing task and simplicity in the handling of the system making it an excellent laboratory instrument.

The mini-compounder is made of a horizontally divided barrel and the length of 36D, with tilting, allows for a visual assessment of the processing steps. This provides quick cleaning and comfortable removal of the barrel. In addition to the main metering, venting ports or metering at a barrel length of 6D, 12D and 26D are available.
