The product is a highly-precised and repeatable multi-station vacuum rotary thermoforming equipment. It is designed having a horizonatl rotating wheel index, that is capable of cutting sheets through load/unload, heat, and form stations. The machine also has male or female tools on either the top or bottom of the platens. These tools have a variety of process routines, including the Vacuum with Plug Assist, Vacuum with Billow Box, Vacuum Pull, Vacuum Blow and Snapback. In addition, the vacuum rotaries are also available.
