Brown Machine's S Series is part of the company's product line of multi-station pressure and twin sheet shuttle thermoforming equipment. Models of the series feature horizontal sheet cars that index the cut-to-size sheets via load/unload, heat and form stations. They are generally used for applications that involve pressure addition, and twin-sheet and in-mold trimming functions.

Other features of the S Series includes integrated computerized control systems, high-speed electric direct drive platen systems, and either air bag or hydraulic squeeze mechanisms. They showcase accurately located bayonets, high-watt density ovens and controls, and electric shuttle cars. Multiple clamping frame options, and comprehensive flow pneumatics are readily available upon request.
