3-component resin mixing head / for polyurethane

The Cannon FPL AN has been designed to handle three-components formulations utilising high percentages of non-abrasive, solid mineral fillers.
These can be blended in very high percentages to the basic polyols and fed as a third component through a large duct carved in the smaller piston of the FPL head, up to the mixing chamber.

An hydraulically-operated self-cleaning needle controls the opening of this duct, allowing for a synchronised feed of three components or - when the filler is not needed - for a conventional two-components use.

The FPL AN is available in two sizes (18 and 24 mm), for a range of outputs between 180 and 2,000 g/sec according with the head’s model and the formulation.
