The Rock 22 machine allows to cut hard and semi-hard cheeses into pieces with different programmable weights.

It cuts automatically and in a programmable way:
1/2; 1/4; 1/8; 1/16; 1/32 “rock” pieces.
For different cuts: 
1/10; 1/12; 1/20; 1/24; etc…, instant change of the cutting plate with automatic setup by the PLC.

Average hourly production:
32 pieces, weighing 1 kg, of about 35 forms.
