TFR is the machine for thermal moulding of foam cups. It offers a lot of automatic operations which include unwinding of the foam, themo-moulding of the foam, storage and separation of the pairs. The features of the foam and cup include a max. width of 300mm and max. length of 400mm. Its technical features include a heating temperature of 300 degrees, output of up to 50 pairs within an hour, a heating precision of +/- 1°C and pneumatic pressure of 6 bars. Its dimensions include 1.80 x 1.10 x 2.60 (h x w x l) and it weighs 1035 kg.
