The ERF 200, our continuous melt filter, was launched in the market in 2004. It was later joined by the larger ERF 250.

The next big step came in 2014 when the ERF 500, the model with the highest throughput in the ERF series, made its debut.

All ERF models are designed to filter polymer feedstock with almost any contaminant content.

The completely closed system guarantees an absolutely constant melt pressure, extremely low melt losses, and very short contaminant residence times.

Recycling, sheet and film extrusion, and profile extrusion are typical applications.
