Very efficient opener with outstanding cleaning and dedusting performances
The fibers are effectively dedusted by the B450L cage condenser
The material before being processed by the grids is split into two flows to reduce the material density and increase cleaning effectiveness
Each flow of material is processed eight times by the individually settable grids for superior cleaning standards
The two beaters, each with a working width of 1,600 mm, have different and settable rotating speeds and tips numbers for a progressive opening action
The individually-settable grids with a total area of 2.24 sqm allow through cleaning
No nipping point in the machine for low fiber stress
The trash removed by the grids is sucked away by the centralized suction system via two bucket wheel locks
