The Batch FB is a fluid bed plant from Neuhaus that is designed for batch processing. It is an appropriate machine for processing powder substances and is also suitable for molding liquids while achieving effective fabrication. It follows step by step procedure for batch processing to provide reproducible and quality results.

The machine is an ideal equipment for processing defined batch sizes or for frequently changed product desired. It is installed with the Neuhaus Neotec fluid bed apparatus that are flexible to use. This allows process of different products and refine powders, granules or pellets, as well as for transferring liquids into particles.
