Quick Color Change

The sealing area is directly in the gate area. It means the volume of plastics in the ante-chamber is at a minimum. This construct allows for a fast color change and prevents heat damage to residence-time critical plastics.

Short Servicing and Maintenance Intervals

Special wiring allows for front-sided heater removal. Hence, the heater can be removed without disassembling the hot runner system. This shortens maintenance works and ensures a complete partitioning of the nozzle towards the hot runner manifold. This solution reduces repair costs in the event of a flooding.
