The Alpha series of recycling extruders is based around a revolutionary design dual diameter SST reprocessing screw. The geometry of the screw has been engineered to give high output and minimise process dwell time.
The Alpha is designed to accept material directly into the SST screw and is particularly suited to reprocessing continuous trim and off-spec reel scrap.
Other forms of scrap material can also be reprocessed utilising the range of ancillary equipment available.
All machines in the Alpha range are fitted with Siemens Simatic touch screen HMI control system as standard.
