The TECNO 3 RAS-CR series ball mill refiners are made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, with various production capacities. The ingredients are added gradually with a logical sequence. The product is recirculated for the duration of the treatment, which varies according to the desired level of fineness. The cylinder, pump and pipes are temperature controlled by circulating water maintained at the desired temperature. At the end of the cycle the cream can be transferred with the same recirculation pump to the storage tank for the subsequent processing stages. All the parameters can be set from the operator panel and controlled from the PLC.
