The twine tying Channel baling presses machine is used for all applications without steel wire. The bale is wrapped with a polypropylene twine by absolutely secure and established double-knot technology. The system offers optimal operating safety with its completely closed bale channel with press floor, piston valve and knot protection slide. The twine tying saves approx. 60% of cost compared to steel wire. The product is free from metallic residues as the twine offers residue-free burning. EBS offers a throughput rate of up to 450-500 bales per day possible (2-shift). The machine is also available in version of ighly wear-resistant cladding. The bale weights up to 1200kg and measures 750x1100 and 1100x1100. It operates at 90-180 kW pressing force.
