Every year several million square meters of roofing membranes are required for new and existing buildings. Mostly grid fabric to be directly coated and wound on a weaving or knitting machine is used for this kind of application.

The well-proven support roller winder for technical textiles is designed for a width up to 5.600 mm and a production speed of 7 m/min.

The 1.200 mm diameter compact finished rolls ensure a running length of 7.000 m and a roller weight of 2.500 kg. Pre-condition of the following laminating is a precise winding selvedge on selvedge. This is guaranteed by the reinforced drive together with the pneumatic contact roller, the microprocessor as well as the adjustable traversing unit.
