The fully automatic winder is suitable to wind 6.400 mm wide spun-bonded or similar fabrics at a speed up to 200 m/min.

A special feature is that upon change the batch is adhesive bonded and new fabric is stuck to the cardboard sleeve. No need of preparing the cardboard sleeve with adhesive tape. It is possible to run the fabric in multiple layers. The single layers are separately controlled by fabric alignment systems.
